[newbie] LinCity - The Game

I was messing around and I read about LinCity. Being an avid SIM fan I had to
find it and download it. Well, Im stuck. Im using Mandrake 7.1 and when I try
to "make xlincity" it says:

I used the files that I downloaded right off the net. What am I doing wrong?
