What do you dial in with?
Assuming it's Kppp,
either check the de-bug option, so that you'll see the connection
speed (handshake) as it exits -or-
clk on the docked (asumming you chose to have it docked) icon and it
will tell you the 'handshake' speed -or-
do as above, but clk on 'details', you'll get a running avg. of the
actual connection speed and a graph. Very helpful in discerning ftp or
napster connections ;) 'handshake' speeds are worth about as much as a
wooden nickel.
