Well that's not really an indicator. Just look at MAC and Windoze
appz that you buy one CD, and you can install on MACs, Windoze, or
what have you. Just like installing CompuPic for Windoze and Linux.
So that's not really an indication.
But there's also a possibility that MicrosOFF has started using
a more Open Source kind of philosphy of CREATING their software.
They're too $$$ grubbing to actually move to an open source way
of life, but may be looking at how it's done and why it's stealing
customers. So I wouldn't discredit this...
But, RedHat and Mandrake are two different OS's as well, but software
is written for both, and RPMS are starting to become widely used.
But we all know MicroSHAFT is known for their gorrilla like tactics
with how they deal with competitors, so take what works for them
and make it work with Mico$oft, or find something wrong with it
and point it out to everybody.
Could be propaganda... could be legit... Who knowz....?
