[newbie] configring CD_RW, Ricoh RW7060S

I am running 7.I
I have a Toshiba DVD CD_Rom drive and A Ricoh RW7060S.
The two icons appear on the desk top.
As yet the DVD part is not working and the CD_RW neither reads nor writes.
Does anyone know where I can download a driver for the Ricoh?
Any help welcome.
