Did you make a boot-diskette during the installation? If so, use that to
boot from, into Linux. Then log in as root, cd to /boot/grub and run
./install.sh
That should set up Grub on your system.
Note: First check if menu.lst looks somewhat reliable. There should be
entries for Windows and Linux in it. If you don't trust it, copy it and
post it to the list.
Also look at /etc/lilo.conf and let us know what's there. I am not sure
which way is decided what boot manager to use by the installer.
