[newbie] Webmin can't be reached

Hello,
I' m running in a problem.
I run 7.2 and before reinstalling everything yesterday evening things were 
fine with webmin.
Now I can't reach localhost:10000 anymore!!
In Linuxconf I checked Webmin is running.
Must be Netscape?!
I sit behind a proxy and I've told Netscape to ignore 'localhost'.
Every help is very appreciated.
