That's right. If I was changing my hardware (like when I added a CD-RW drive
a few months back), I would do an upgrade. Just make sure nothing gets messed
up afterwards. For example, if you have renamed your mount points after the
first installation, the upgrade will change them back, and you will have to
manually change them again.
