     Wine is prob'ly installed, but not setup. ( locate wine )  
 http://wine.codeweavers.com/   You'll find docs, user guide, even a 
GUI automatic setup program for wine (12mb rpm).   If you choose to 
install the GUI version of wine, unistall the Mandrake wine rpms first. 
Don't expect too much, there's still a low number of Windoze apps that 
wine will fully run.
