Hi everyone,

If you have a modem connection and you want to prevent downloading all
kinds of junk, you can set up "mailfilter". Some idiot is sending me 100s
of mails an hour with windows attachments, ranging upto 14 megs per hour.
I dial in through an ISDN line, and don't feel the need to pay for that
crap. Mailfilter logs into the pop server and deletes mail that I don't
want there, so downloading real mail is much faster. (9 mails instead of
some 400, 100K instead of 25 megs...)

It works with regular expressions in a resource file, is real easy to set
up. You can find it at www.linuxapps.com, in the mail section.

Have fun!
Paul
