I am of the opinion that cups printing really sucks. I have an epson stylus 800 esc2 black and white that is not listed so I set it up using the 24 pin selection. However, today when I switched on it started printing pages of o u t ( etc and won't stop. If I shut off the printer it starts again when I turn it back on so I know it's coming from the computer and cups. Does anyone know how to get this garbage not ready for prime time printing system off of the computer and go back to the old printpro or what was it in 7.1?
