WinNT does not have a bootable floppy. The best you can do is to use
the NT emergency repair disks, that prove (in my experience) to be
pretty difficult to use.

You can use a Win98 boot disk.
At the prompt enter fdisk/MBR. This will restore your NT bootloader if it
was not damaged.
If this does not work your only option is to use use your NT installation
disk and try Rescue mode. This can work if you have only 1 NT partition and
if it is NTFS. If you have multiple partitions or installed as FAT32 you
will get an error/warning message.
