You should see in that directory something like this:

[fines@civileme fines]$ ls /jose/cooker
COPYING Mandrake/ autorun.inf images/ lnx4win/
INSTALL.txt README.txt boot/ index.htm misc/
LICENSE-APPS.txt RPM-GPG-KEYS doc/ install.htm tutorial/
LICENSE.txt VERSION dosutils/ live_update*
[fines@civileme fines]$

If you don't see a similar pattern when you

ls /linux7.2

then you are a directory too high in the tree for what you feed the installer.

If you DO see this, or a similar pattern, you have a bad package load...
That is, your download was corrupted. Did you use md5sum to check it?
