Emilio,
yes, you must fill out the DNS servers or Netscape cannot know where to
"look" for the IP address of the web page you are trying to load. The DNS
servers for your ISP will be provided by the ISP. Call them and ask for
their primany and secondary DNS server addresses. This should solve your
problem.
