[newbie] demon PPPD

I´ve a PIII 550, 64 mb ram, Modem US robotics ext. and Mandrake 7.2


The problem is that I can´t connect to inet because when I use KPPP,
it´s display a message error that say: "demon PPPD is no installed"

What is the problem???
