[newbie] KDE2.1 Beta 2 win2000 Look

Hi all,

You guessed it, I'm trying to figure out kde2.1 Beta 2. For some reason,
I was able to select the win 2000 look in user. However, I cannot
reproduce this under root. Strange, it's usually the other way around.
