   Upgrade is being used in this thread with a different meaning.
They are speaking of installing 7.2 instead of installing 7.1.

Do Not try to run the 7.2 installation as an upgrade install from any
previous version of Mandrake. There are too many differences, X4, kde2,
different file structure, etc.

7.2 should be done only as a clean install or it will very likly screw-up
your system.
