This is my first post to this list., and my first time away from the
slackware and Redhat dists...
I am impressed as hell so far.. and I love Webmin.
Questons....
Is there a "relased" stable version of the 2.4 kernel for Mandrake
available?
I notice that from the kernel.org that the latest stable kernel is 2.4.1 but
I can't find that on either Redhat or mandrakes site..
This leads me to my second issue,,, I ran the mandrake update last night
(downloaded 200 mb or so of stuff..)
And when I downloaded the latest KDE stuff, it came back and told me that it
conflicted with the current kernel. (standard 7.2)
Any idea why this is and what its implications are?
