Unless you get a better suggestion, you should probably disable that on-board audio and install a seperate sound expansion card. Some have gotten their on-boards to work, but it took quite a bit of research, trial and error, and voodoo. I've never gotten on-board sound to work. Most mainstream isa/pci seem to be supported.
