I'd disagree. Most users will never install their own operating system. It'll either be already included on the computer when they buy it, or they'll pay someone to reinstall should they ever seriously screw up their computer. Now with Linux it would be more important, since most people will have to install. But once Linux becomes mainstream and easy to get pre-installed, then it should become lower on the priority list. > I have to say all three are failures.
