I have changed the lilo configuration to the second drive. The
problem occoured before I moved lilo to the second hard drive. I guess I
need to remove lilo and then re-install it because it been corrupted or
something. How do I do this?

You had the problem with lilo boot.
You have to set the lilo parameters right and write to right
drive.
As you told, you have windows in first drive, assumed /dev/hda,
and linux in second, /dev/hdb. You need to go in linuxconf and
write
lilo in the second drive, /dev/hdb. I had also problems when
moving boot
sectors and/or partitions, I like it is better to write always
new lilo.
That way partition data of lilo keeps in current and it won´t
crash.
