I use a program called Kmud. If I open a konsole and change to
/kmud-1.0beta1-linux-i386 then type ./kmud the program runs.
Here's the questions. First, why do I need to type ./ first? Kmud is
shown in kfm as a script file. This is probably a really basic thing,
but I just know it works. But I'd like to know how and why it works.
Second question, I went to add an application icon for that program. In
the properties box, I put that directory in the excute box on the top.
in the second excute box, I typed ./kmud. But the program won't run by
clicking on it. I've tried different combinations on the top and bottom
box. No go. How can I make this work?
Thanks!
