Urm I'm not sure - I'd installed the RPM for IBM's Java2 JRE without
incidence, and the files have been placed into /opt/IBMJava2-13
so I'd set Konqueror 2.1.1 to use Java at the following path:
/opt/IBMJava2-13/jre/bin/java
and Java applets (finally!) worked for me.
Maybe check whether it's been placed into /opt after all? Hope this
helps.
