g....actually the 2.1.1 version has just been released.
Either the 2.1 version or the 2.1.1 version can be had at
sourceforge but at the below locations within sourceforge
(and other Mandrake mirror sites as well):

http://ftp.sourceforge.net/pub/mirrors/kde/stable/2.1/distribution/rpm/Mandrake/7.2/i586/
But, KDE isn't an 'it', it isn't just a single .rpm file.
Version 2.1 includes 40 .rpm files (about 80 megs worth) and
version 2.1.1 has 55 .rpm files (about 120 megs worth). The
number of files does not include the 30 non-english language
modules. Don't download any of them unless you need one.
