[newbie] Q: Retain MBR after re-installing windows?

Hi fellow Linux users,

How do I retain GRUB after re-installing Windows?
It seems that everytime I re-install or upgrade
Windows, it will overwrite my MBR and I will lose
GRUB.

My solution currently is to re-install Linux again
so that it will install GRUB into MBR.

My current configuration is this:
OS: Win98SE in 1st HD
    Mandrake 7.2 in 2nd HD

BTW, I know that if I want to remove GRUB, I only
have to do "fdisk /mbr".
