Rick
Since only the Dell supplied driver will work in Windows you have received
what in technical terms is known as "the shaft".
The card you have, while in fact a Radeon has been in some fashion
manufactured to be proprietary to Dell.
The only option I can see, other than buying a New card, is to contact Dell
Tech Support in the hopes that they can provide you with assistance.
