[newbie] VMware 2.0.3 vs LM 8.0

Hi Folks !

I have a problem to install the VMware 2.0.3 in LM 8.0, the program give me 
a message about the module.
I don't understand, but in LM 7.2 I install this program  without problems !
So, can Anyone tell me how to install this Modules in this New Kernel 
Version ??

Sorry, my English is pour, but I'm learning.
