The reality is that this is an onboard sound system and is really a Ensoniq ES1373 sound system. For some reason it uses the Sound Blaster driver in Win. Under Linux I get sound but through the Ensoniq ES1371 [audio PCI-97] driver. If I could buy a computer I would choose the Sound Blaster Live! TezcatlipocA
