I believe you will also have to sys the C drive. What I do is make a Windows
boot disk and copy fdisk.exe, format.com and sys.com from
c:\windows\command. Then boot from that disk and type;

fdisk /mbr
sys c:

Then you should get your windows loader back. Fdisk /mbr kills the Master
Boot Record, it doesn't replace it with the Windows one. Now if only I knew
a thing about Linux ;)
