I think that your problem is PERMISSIONS !

Just make sure, that the user logged in to the Linux box have permissions on
the Win machine.

Subject: [newbie] nfs error ?

Hi all !

Could someone point me out how to solve this problem ?

My NFS is not working and I got this message from '/var/log/messages':

Jun 8 10:50:04 server1 mountd[677]: getfh failed: Operation not permitted
Jun 8 10:50:04 client1 automount[2014]: >> mount: server1:/usr/local
failed, reason given by server: Permission denied.
Jun 8 10:50:04 client1 automount[2014]: mount (nfs): nfs: mount failure
server1:/usr/local on /net/usr_local

Thanks you very much.
