After 'modprobe ipchains' it's in /sbin/ipchains for
me. I'm using a pretty stock 8.0 install. iptables
is the standard for 2.4 though. It's website is at
http://netfilter.samba.org/ I'm pretty sure ipchains
will be around for quite awhile though.
