Well first off, the actual game for Maelstrom isnt' kept in /usr/games.
Secondly /Maelstrom would be that folder in /, which does not exist.
Now there is a /usr/games/Maelstrom, but it's just a folder. If you
want to play the game itself, try running the actual program.
[timh@r2d2 timh]$ which Maelstrom
/usr/bin/Maelstrom
If you must type Maelstrom at a prompt the game will run. The game is
in every user's path. Here's what's in /usr/games/Maelstrom.

| types back at me, "No such file or directory," even though there most
| certainly is such a file, and if I ls or dir it tells me there is.
