[newbie] Problem with my HDD

hello. i have some problem with my HDD during install of Linux Mandrake.
i have MotherBoard : ABIT BE6 with HPT(SCSI) controller for connection of my 
HDD. Mandrake and all other Linuxes do not support that controller and i 
can't install it. please tell me what to do?
