[newbie] CD-ROM lens cleaning?

Hi,

  The subject says it all, unfortunately the cleaning CD I have seems
to be intented for Windows users :( 

That's not such a problem (I can put the CD-ROM drive in someone's 
Windows machine).

Just curious, is there a Linux solution?
