[newbie] Mail question

Can any tell me the difference between Sendmail and Fetchmail?
I have Sendmail 8.11.2-14 and Webmin 0.87-1 installed. How can I
configure Mail Server (Sendmail) via Webmin. Can I test send and receive
mail on local network? If I can, please show me the easiest way to test
it.
