I have the following directives set in httpd.conf file.

Order deny,allow
Allow from all

still as user(lvgandhi) I am unable to access
http:/localhost:80/~lvgandhi/index.html pointing to
/home/lvgandhi/public_html/index.html. Any solutions pl.
