At any rate, check your SMTP server settings and make sure they're correct. It's in the same place as where you setup your mail accounts. Also, this message is concerning the address you're sending _from_, not the address you're sending to. You're probably using a from address that has a different domain name than your machine. Basically, your SMTP server is giving you this error because it thinks you're trying to use your own server for spamming. =) If that's the case, you can configure it to allow relaying from specified domains and maybe even specific addresses (not sure). Check the documentation for the SMTP server you're using (postfix or sendmail most likely).
