Either of these commands in a terminal

rpm -qa |grep ssh

or

slocate openssh

or just open the file manager to your home directory and navigate to /usr/bin
and see if ssh shows up in the file list.

The packages you want to install are

openssh*rpm

if you don't have it.

Easy way to do that is with software manager (graphic)

or

urpmi openssh (command line)

In either case you have to be root to install.
