On the 1st installation cd in the /images/alternative directory you wiil see 2 cdrom images. Use rewrite to create a boot disk with cdrom.img-2.214-BADZ2, then start the Mandrake installation from the boot disk instead of booting from the cdrom drive. For RH 7.1 you can download an image file from their site. Charles
