In Kups the driver is listed in the properties Tab. You can see the print parameters if you press the 'Change' button and select the same driver again.
Or else you can configure it using SWAT (localhost:631) There is an Advanced Tab for that printer (KUPS or SWAT will display the options), the bad news is none of the parameters adjust bottom margin. You might like to check out anotherdriver. In KUPS the driver above the LaserJet 4/4M Plus PS is listed as 'LaserJet 4 Series' However if you use SWAT you can see the full name is 'LaserJet 4 Series CUPS plus GIMP Print' I have not tried it since I do not have a LaserJet 4, but everything I have read about print drivers has said the GIMP drivers are usually superior to the standard drivers. Certainly for graphics work. Maybe it will handle the bottom margin differently.
