Leo stands for Literate Editor with Outlines. It is an outlining tool
for literate programming.

See http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/TWikiInLeo and some of the links
on that page, like:

Leo download (and home) page:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/leo/

Leo manual:

http://personalpages.tds.net/~edream/intro.html#anchor887874

Outlining (for documents) is one of the best things since sliced bread.
Leo provides a means to use outlining in a literate programming tool.

Literate programming is a means to document programs for a human reader,
possibly a non-programmer.

hope this helps,
Randy Kramer
