Thanks Dave, I will check on this and post you back.
Since my system is not really "live" yet (I'm still
dual booting from WinMe) I did a complete reinstall
last night. I had tried so many leads that I wasn't
sure what state my system was in, and (sigh) didn't
document as I went. 

I will this time.
