Ok many thanks, I might try looking for a new
sound editor, this one appears to be too 
much trouble than it is worth.

Someone told me I should try audacity,
and I am testitning it out right now, seems
like its decent, no fancy mixing sound on sound
yet I think but its good enough for now.
