a few little extra features.

GNU/Linux is designed in a very scalable manner. This means that what is running
your server is essentially the same thing that is running your desktop. When you
fire up the Mandrake installation, you get to choose what you want to do with
your system. After choosing, the installer will install the corresponding
packages.
