Okay, I guess I spoke prematurely. After rebooting, I still have a 2nd Zip
icon...
Here is what I've done so far:
Deleted said Zip icon (that points to /mnt/zip and not /dev/hdd4) from the
desktop
Deleted said Zip icon from /home/darklord/Desktop
Deleted .directory from /home/darklord/Desktop
Removed all properties from /home/darklord/Desktop
Deleted (as root) /usr/share/mdk/Zip.desktop
Removed the devfs entry from /etc/lilo.conf and ran /sbin/lilo
So...is there anyone out there who knows how to get rid of a desktop icon?
Mandrake? R U there? ;-)
