Dear All, After re-installing the system several times, I finally figure out tht the problem is due to the LILo. After I remover the MBR under DOS and reset the partition type by Linux fdisk, I can get back the partition under Windows again. I think the problem is specific to the LILo version that ML8.1 use because this problem does not recur even I write the MBR again using LILo that are in RedHat 7.2
Does anyone had similar experience? Is this a bug in the LILo that ML 8.1 use? Is there a work around? Regards.
