I've never used it, but I believe 'cpio' is would do that. Also 'mc' (Midnight Commander) will. Both are probly already installed, if not they're on your CD's, see 'man cpio' and 'man mc' -- ������Tom Brinkman � � � � � � � � Galveston Bay, USA
