I would proceed to inform the list as to model and cofiguration settings as best as possible to assist in troubleshooting the malfunction. I would also proceed to inform the list as to the particular timing of the "hang" and length of time the "hang" occours. Does it happen durring boot? At what Stage of boot? what does any error message say, what was happening just before the "hang" Does winders work "OK" ?
