this error indicates that your ftp client was not able to establish a data 
connection to your home pc at target
port 20 (this is ftp-data).
so either u have a firewall at work that doesnt allow traffic from/to port 
20 or - and this is more likely - u have set up some
firewall rules on your home pc that prevent input/output traffic to/from 
port 20.
check your firewall rules - try setting all policies to ACCEPT - and try 
again connecting from the "outside world" i.e. your office.
if this works - u have a firewall problem.
