we can tell... this is a service for Dynamic Assigned Ips (like say...dialup,
where you might get a different IP ever time you dial in) that forwards your
(sub)domain from their dns database the DNS always goes to the server for
whom ever service you use (in this case, "dyndns.org") about which whois
tells me is the name server

   Server Name: NS.DYNDNS.ORG
   IP Address: 66.37.218.205
   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.

Domain Name: DYNDNS.ORG
   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
   Referral URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
   Name Server: NS.DYNDNS.ORG
   Name Server: NS2.DYNDNS.ORG
   Name Server: NS3.DYNDNS.ORG
   Name Server: NS4.DYNDNS.ORG
