Are you asking whether there Mandrake is available for PPC? If so, the answer is yes (http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/ftp.php3#ppc). I find that it runs well on the G4 I have at work.
However, if you're asking how it will run on a clone compared to an actual Apple machine, I wouldn't know.
